Canadian Open BBQ Championships
Professional BBQ teams from around the globe will compete for the best Ribs, Chicken, Open Pork and Brisket at the Canadian Open BBQ Championships. In addition, they will have the opportunity to compete in 3 additional categories: Dessert, Sauce and Anything But.
Teams will vie for $30,000 in cash in prizes along with an automatic entry to the Jack Daniel’s BBQ Invitational (October 2010, Lynchburg, TN)!
